Megan is a healer. She is the gift of fearless love, and is passionate about helping others along their journey to self-discovery and self-acceptance. Megan packs an extensive library of knowledge and experience and is stoked to share her passion of movement and mindfulness with her students. She has been teaching group fitness for a decade, instructing yoga for six and a half years, she is a personal trainer, and has over 24 years of classical ballet training. She has a deep understanding of the body in space and movement as she holds a Master's of Science degree in Applied Health Physiology and a BA in Dance Performance. Megan is an ERYT500/YACEP international yoga teacher and a Certified & Trained Sound Practitioner. Upon completion of her Sound Healing training, Megan has shifted her focus within her personal life, practice, and teaching style to include a heavy focus on energy cultivation and what is beyond the physical. In her classes she opens her students' bodies and minds to an energetic experience within themselves and has the ability to transport and transcend the confines of this dimension through energy cultivation using pranayama, asana, and sound healing. She loves to travel, explore new places and cultures, and continually push out of her comfort zone to discover all that there is. And she is here to help guide you to & through your healing process… towards love, light, acceptance & peace.
