Integrative Health is a movement that focuses on lifestyle factors as keys to health restoration. Factors such as

Memberships are designed to meet you at your level within your wellness journey. The cost exchanged for the value of services you will get with membership is truly more than what you will pay. This plan is a great option for those wanting to take their current wellness journey to the next level via evaluation from a wellness coach, a 30 day plan each month according to progress and goals, sessions with a nutritionist, and daily reminders. 


For those seeing an approach to wellness that is slightly elevated from the Vitality plan or those who have fitness and physical health goals, consider the Reshape Plan. This plan incorporates all the elements of Vitality as well as a physical well-being instructor. Your instructor can incorporate yoga, pilates, weight training, cardio, weight loss coaching, or a number of other physical conditioning to your monthly program. 


If you are ready to embody wellness at a conscious level then you are ready for the Embodiment plan. This plan educates and nurtures your mind, body, and maybe even soul. This plan incorporates all the elements of the Reshape plan as well as a Mindfulness instructor to guide you in developing mindfulness into your conscious lifestyle. Learn how to reduce or prevent stress and anxiety. Foster compassion for yourself and others. Learn meditation practices to bring you peace. Increase your gratitude and learn how to manifest your desired reality.
